Went Gymnastics on Tuesday loved it the loss in weight i hae noticed I am jumping allot higher and landed a few perfect front somersaults.
Need to do some more running and get on the rings.
Will try and do some parkour on the weekend and do some gym and parkour on sunday.
Exactly the same diet having a handful of cashew nuts in a day but no more.

Week 3
Work suffered from a disaster in data loss and have work about 80 hours in over time. Doing allnighters and well as All dayers working 36 hours straight at one point.
So how about my diet and excercise.
Missed out on all excercise :(
I am really gutted no parkour no gymnastics no running nothing :(
Diet I just stuck with if i didn't have any chicken i would substitute for a shake and I was eating porridge in my carb times as well.
Friday and Saturday I had as my day off . I had a chicken meal on Friday and had some crisps on saturday but my meals still composed of porridge in the morning to cottage cheese and fruit etc.

I really love the grilled chicken sham makes me as it is quite spicy.

Day 7 Day Off
I was first looking forward to this day from Monday t0 Wednesday.
When tthursday came around. The headaches went I was enjoying my food and the cottage cheese and I had a constant amount of energy as opposed to the peaks nad troughs i ahve been feeling . I REALLY DIDNT WANT TO HAVE THIS DAY OFF.
I thought if my body is constantly consuming less calories than its containing. I will lose the weight but as i realised that I only got to this place with the advice and guidance of Shabazz I realised that why argue with a pro.
He has done it time and time again and he knows his stuff. I have tried many times on a diet and failed!
Anyway here is my day off eating.
My energy went up in peaks and troughs.
i was being a bit lethargic and started to feel I was getting headaches.
Had frosties ..... SO SO SO SWEET I SWEAR I THINK SOMEONE MUST OF DUMPED A CRATE OF TATE AND LYLE SUGAR IN MY CEREAL IT WAS SICKLY SWEET. I felt sick!!
Felt hungry nad peckish and had about 3 packets of crisp and chocolate... Had a energy boost for about 20 mins and then i was starving again!!
I had to have something a bit healthy so I had some chicken curry so that was nice.
But allot of sugar in me and didn't feel too good.
Went to Gymnastics felt a big sluggish today
Came back had some fried chicken burger and chips and a chicken piece.
It tasted nice but i feel sick and still feel lethargic feel bloated feel like i ate too much .
I dont mind hte chicken but the fizzy drinks and especially the frosties was too much sweetness.
Going to drink water now as i feel so dehydrated...
Can't wait for my diest tommorow can't wait for my cottage cheese.

Hmm a sore head was starting to come but not to bad today.

this diet is allot easier when you have a professional on the other side of the phone to dispell doubts and for the mental stability.
Alhumdullilah I have been blessed with the best so jezakhallah brother Shabbaz for keeping me on track!
Ok I need to get some sleep and not go to bed at 1am these headaches are messing me up... thats if it is lack of sleep.
So i am NOT having meal 6 and at 10:30 instead I will have a portion of cottage cheese.

Had a horrendous journey home was dieing for a pee. Which by the way has been really clear !! But I had to keep it in for ages as driving ... managed to get home in time and peeing out allot.

The Diet Day 2 Meal 6
Last bit of chicken and a cut up tomato I didn't feel that hungry i just feel exhausted i had low energy levels in the gymnastics class but I managed to work up a sweat.
headache disappeared again when working out ..
Drank more water .
Feeling a bit of a niggle in my head but nothing serious... I think more water a bit of cottage cheese and a early night may sort me out.
I am praying for my energy levels to return.

Spoke to my Cuz.
A wealth of information and he has put my mind at ease.
I was starting to get worried and the whole idea of "learning how to eat properly and gauging what your body requires " was extremely interesting.
May be lacking in a bit of salt hence a few sips of lucozade sport will set me straight or mixed nuts but only a few.
The headaches could be sugar related lack of junk sugar and my body is rebelling.
This feels like smoking I am too scared to ever try smoking again as the pain i went through to quit for such a small buzz and the length i went through to quit i am to scared to ever start again.
I am starting to get scared about this eat anything you want on day seven.
Anyway tommorow day 3!!! Halfway in the week.
And with inshallah differences to be noted in 4 weeks I really cannot wait. :)

Not bad : Really I think the diet is brilliant so I must give a big thank you to my cuz shabba!
I am happy with it so far but not noticed any big changes so I am a bit worried just incase I am not doing this diet right as i am not finding it that hard.
I need to eat at better times as my times gone off near the end :(
If i am going to bed early do i need to eat cottage cheese? I will have some cottage cheese tonight to give my body something to digest.
Anyway day 2 tommorow which i hope should be the same as day 1.

The Diet Day 1 Meal 5
Day 1 Meal 5 approximately 8:30pm as I finished running at 8pm.
Lovely spiced up and cooked in an oven it was brilliant. thank you sham:)
Had it with a baked potato and salad.
Cold water.

This week with the newly started diet.
I guess I needed to start on how I am meant to finish. I didn't want to use the diet to drop my current exercise regime. (I know its not a really heavy workout but its something I want to slowly add up over these next 90 days.)
With my 10kg weighted jacket I had to believe that I could no matter what I could still achieve my 5km ... I done 7km today.
Took almost an hour but just wanted to burn some fat and see if i could achieve it. As soon as i hit 7 I hope inshallah I will be able to do more next time.

I miss the milkshakes with the semi skimmed milk went for the water option.

The workout itself wasn't that bad i keep expecting myself to feel weak but I am ok.

I think this was the hardest meal I was scared off . I read it on the plan and I i dont think i could stomach it.
I have eaten cottage cheese in the past but it was all I was eating with other "non-fun" foods.
With the diet plan I have I am looking forward to my chicken tonight etc so it wasnt that much of a big deal.
Biggest worry is keeping up the same level of energy t do my gym and running only time will tell.
I am afterall eating hte right food with the right calories so i shouldn't worry.
Anyway to what I ate
Diet: Day 1 Meal2
Sizes used are my fist..roughly...
250g of Low fat Cottage cheese with chive and onions.
Small tub of low fat natural probiotic yoghurt.
1 Cod Liver Oil tablet.
Water.
Looking forward to going out on the rings at lunchtime.
Dont feel any different and if i can get through this day inshallah everything else shoud be plain sailing.

I think this was the hardest meal I was scared off . I read it on the plan and I i dont think i could stomach it.
I have eaten cottage cheese in the past but it was all I was eating with other "non-fun" foods.
With the diet plan I have I am looking forward to my chicken tonight etc so it wasnt that much of a big deal.

Chocolate Mint Protein Shake with water
Scottish Oats Porridge with Skimmed Milk (Microwaved : exploded in Microwave so had to clean it up..sorry sham)
1 Glucosamine Sulphate tablet
1 Omega-3 Oil Tablet
1 Black Seed Oil Tablet
How I feel .... not bad. I dont really have breakfast so i didnt feel week and trying to stay positive.
Convincing myself that If i can fast for a whole month this should inshallah be a walk in the park.

I guess the only thinig is scaring me is my activity levels I want the energy for my 5k run tonight and gym tommorow.
But why do i believe that junk food gives me that energy and this food won't? Mindset i guess.
Afterall i am doing is eating regularly and eating well. the imediate boosts in sugar and fats may satisfy me psychologically but are not really helping me physically...?

The Diet: The beginning.
This site started off being one thing and then changed and started being something else.
It was initally set up to see what blogger technology was like...
It was then used to help me quit smoking and run 5k.
I did not pitch out for the full 10 weeks but I used it as a crutch to get me and my fat body over the initial shock I was putting my body through.
So I am back here again.
Doing parkour with my little brother Atta and gymnastics and realised I still have this fat body.
My excercise levels are ok (better than what they were but my eating and diet is disgusting)
108kg at 6ft 2inch put me in the obese camp for BMI and yes i know its not an exactly science and I dont look that bad. I have a massive ring of flab around my stomach and feel a bit podgy.
My cousin up in Edinburgh is a trainer of boxers and MMA fighters, He is just awesome at what he does. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience that I really need to get me started.
So he has kindly offered to coach me through this and mentor me .....thanks bruv!
I will post pictures up but after taking them i looked so hideous i will wait a few weeks and post the old ones up.
