Cottage cheese and Yoghurt

Pasta and Tuna

1 Piece of Fruit
Protein Shake and water

Meal 5
Takeaway
Peri Peri Chicken with Salad (Peeled the Skin off and Ate the chicken)

Green Tea with occasional honey through out the day.
