Day 7 Day Off

I was first looking forward to this day from Monday t0 Wednesday.

When tthursday came around. The headaches went I was enjoying my food and the cottage cheese and I had a constant amount of energy as opposed to the peaks nad troughs i ahve been feeling . I REALLY DIDNT WANT TO HAVE THIS DAY OFF.

I thought if my body is constantly consuming less calories than its containing. I will lose the weight but as i realised that I only got to this place with the advice and guidance of Shabazz I realised that why argue with a pro.

He has done it time and time again and he knows his stuff. I have tried many times on a diet and failed!

Anyway here is my day off eating.

My energy went up in peaks and troughs.

i was being a bit lethargic and started to feel I was getting headaches.

Had frosties ..... SO SO SO SWEET I SWEAR I THINK SOMEONE MUST OF DUMPED A CRATE OF TATE AND LYLE SUGAR IN MY CEREAL IT WAS SICKLY SWEET. I felt sick!!

Felt hungry nad peckish and had about 3 packets of crisp and chocolate... Had a energy boost for about 20 mins and then i was starving again!!

I had to have something a bit healthy so I had some chicken curry so that was nice.

But allot of sugar in me and didn't feel too good.

Went to Gymnastics felt a big sluggish today

Came back had some fried chicken burger and chips and a chicken piece.
It tasted nice but i feel sick and still feel lethargic feel bloated feel like i ate too much .


I dont mind hte chicken but the fizzy drinks and especially the frosties was too much sweetness.

Going to drink water now as i feel so dehydrated...

Can't wait for my diest tommorow can't wait for my cottage cheese.
