The Diet: Day 1 Meal 4

Isolate Whey Protein Shake with Water.
1 Banana

I miss the milkshakes with the semi skimmed milk went for the water option.

I shouldn't grumble really
1. I am not starving where millions around the world are.
2. Its just food ......nutrition...........sustenance.

Still not feeling hungry and no headaches feeling a bit weak from the lack immediate sugar bursts of energy ...

I will inshallah get used to it over these next few days.
