Feeling a bit of a sore head. Feeling a headache was coming on.
Went to gym and went on rings nad done a few light weights. Adrenaline went up and headache was gone.
Just eaten my dinner and my head is hurting slightly ....
Will try to keep a brave face and drink loads of water.

Can of Tuna
Water and Cod Liver oil Tablet
