The Diet Day 2 Meal 5

Spoke to my Cuz.

A wealth of information and he has put my mind at ease.
I was starting to get worried and the whole idea of "learning how to eat properly and gauging what your body requires " was extremely interesting.

May be lacking in a bit of salt hence a few sips of lucozade sport will set me straight or mixed nuts but only a few.

The headaches could be sugar related lack of junk sugar and my body is rebelling.

This feels like smoking I am too scared to ever try smoking again as the pain i went through to quit for such a small buzz and the length i went through to quit i am to scared to ever start again.

I am starting to get scared about this eat anything you want on day seven.

Anyway tommorow day 3!!! Halfway in the week.

And with inshallah differences to be noted in 4 weeks I really cannot wait. :)

Oh yeah Chicken pieces and Veg
Loads of water..... headache going....

Off to gymnastics..
