I guess I needed to start on how I am meant to finish. I didn't want to use the diet to drop my current exercise regime. (I know its not a really heavy workout but its something I want to slowly add up over these next 90 days.)
With my 10kg weighted jacket I had to believe that I could no matter what I could still achieve my 5km ... I done 7km today.
Took almost an hour but just wanted to burn some fat and see if i could achieve it. As soon as i hit 7 I hope inshallah I will be able to do more next time.
